Ice Cube Signs Multi Picture Deal

 

Rapper Ice Cube made headlines for turning down millions of dollars for a film because of vaccination mandates. Now he has signed a multi picture deal with Luminosity Entertainment and the first film is called ‘Cube in My Head. 

The first of these films will be ‘Cube in My Head’, a comedy in which Ice Cube will play himself as a voice which appears in a down-on-his-luck white guy’s head after he’s in an accident. The surreal movie will start production later this year as a joint venture between Luminosity and Cube Vision, Ice Cube’s production company he co-founded with Matt Alvarez.

Ice Cube Take Aim At President Trump In #NewMusic

Ice Cube has dropped a politically-charged new track called “Arrest the President. A little taste of Ice Cube's Everythang's Corrupt album has finally arrived in the form of the "Arrest The President" single.

California's rap star and movie legend +Ice Cube released on of the hottest visual videos of the decade. It was released in February 1993 as the second single from his third solo album, The Predator. +Ice Cube originally recorded a demo of the track in his home studio and went on to record the album version in Los Angeles. Ice Cube Has Words For Donald Trump

The rapper took to Twitter to express his frustration over the ad which shows him wearing a Trump shirt with the message, "Rapper-Actor Ice Cube Endorses Trump. 'We need a common sense President.'” He replied to the message with a tweet that said “stealing endorsements is not how you become the president of the United States, homie. Leave my name out ya mouth. I will never endorse a mothaf**ka like Donald Trump EVER!!”

Even though Cube clearly does not support Trump, he doesn’t seem to be much of a fan of Hillary Clinton either. “She might be the president of the United States,” he said during a Bloomberg Politics interview in April. “And if she becomes the president of the United States, we need to know what she’s thinking. How does she think? How is she gonna handle this? How’s she gonna fix this? She helped create it in a way. How are you gonna fix this?”

Hip-Hop Hall Of Fame Coming Soon

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum has been a staple in Cleveland since 1993, however, debate has consistently raged about hip-hop, and it’s place in the Rock Hall instead of it’s own juncture, especially after the induction of the Beastie Boys, Run-DMC and Public Enemy.

Nevertheless, the confusion has spawned positivity, as it has become apparent that plans are developing to give the genre its own commemorating location. The project, according to the New York Daily News, is set to launch in 2015 with two separate developments, one in Harlem and the second in times square, both giving homage to hip-hop and offering the genre’s own Hall of Fame. 

The museum has already caught the attention of big name artists like Eminem, Outkast, Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube and more, all offering memorabilia from tours and other avenues to donate to the hall, which will officially open sometime in 2017.
