Chris Brown Sued

 

A man named Abe Diaw is suing Chris Brown, alleging that the singer assaulted him at a London nightclub back in February. According to Diaw, Chris Brown attacked him at TAPE nightclub, wielding a bottle of Don Julio 1942 tequila as a weapon, causing severe injuries. Diaw claims he was knocked unconscious after Chris struck him with "crushing blows" and then proceeded to stomp on him while he was unconscious on the club floor.

Suge Knight Sues Chris Brown

For the second time in a week Chris Brown is dealing with a legal dilemma, as it was learned on Monday, June 27, that incarcerated rap mogul Suge Knight has filed a lawsuit against the troubled singer. The suit, which also names the owners of the 1Oak L.A. nightclub, aims at holding the establishment accountable for an alleged failure to take the proper security precautions on the night he was shot while attending a party hosted by Brown. It also pins health crises suffered since the incident on the injuries he suffered in the 2014 shooting.

According to paper work submitted to the L.A. County Superior Court, Knight claims Brown is "a known gang associate," and he also pointed to Chris having a "well-documented track record of hosting events and/or parties in which violence frequently erupted," as warranting heightened security.

Knight accuses Brown and the club of negligence, placing blame for the bullet wounds he received to the abdomen, chest and arm on how the event was organized. The imprisoned 51-year-old also ties his actions during the 2015 murder and attempted murder he is being charged for, alleging that he was triggered by a traumatic fear for his life that lingered over from the shooting at Brown's MTV Video Music Awards pre-party.

Knight is a two time felon. As such, one more felony away from being slammed with a three-strike sentence. He faces 25 years to life if convicted in the restaurant parking lot incident he is currently being held over. The trial is set to begin on August 1st.

Chris Brown Detained In Paris

Time Magazine has just reported Chris Brown and two other people are in custody in Paris after a woman filed a rape complaint.

The Grammy-winning singer was detained Monday on potential charges of aggravated rape and drug infractions and remained in custody Tuesday, a judicial official said. Investigators have another two days to decide whether to let him go or file preliminary charges.

Brown’s publicists at Sony Music would not comment Tuesday on the complaint or say what Brown, 29, was doing in Paris. His U.S. attorney, Mark Geragos, did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Brown has been in repeated legal trouble since pleading guilty to the felony assault in 2009 of his then-girlfriend, Rihanna. He completed his probation in that case in 2015, but has continued to have run-ins with police.

The woman who filed the Paris complaint said she met Brown and his friends overnight Jan. 15-16 at the club Le Crystal in the 8th arrondissement near the Champs-Elysees, and then they all went to the Mandarin Oriental Hotel near the Concorde Plaza in central Paris, according to the official.

The Mandarin Oriental would not comment on the investigation, and Le Crystal could not immediately be reached. There was no unusual activity outside either site.

One of Brown’s bodyguards is among the others detained in the Paris investigation, according to the official. They are being held by judicial police in the 17th arrondissement of northwest Paris.

Chris Brown And Lil Wayne Under Investigation

Chris Brown and Lil Wayne are being investigated for their ties to Harrison Garcia, a Miami-based producer who is on trial for federal drug charges.

According to the Miami Herald, Garcia bragged via text message about receiving $15,000 in his bank account from Chris Brown for drugs. In an exchange with a woman, Garcia shared a screenshot of a wire transfer from a Christopher Brown. When the woman asked why he paid Garcia, he responded by saying, “Drugs … lean and s***.” He also directed his "do-boy" to deliver drugs to Lil Wayne, as he texted, “I’ll shoot u some trees. It’s for Wayne.”

When he was first arrested in October, Garcia confessed that he sold "a lot of narcotics" to Lil Wayne. Agents believe that he used the money from the drugs to buy several luxury cars, guns, high-end clothing, and jewelry, including a chain that looked like a styrofoam cup spilling out lean.

Naked Women Found In Chris Brown Bed

Now how crazy is this? What would you do if you came home and a woman was naked in your bed? On the evening of May 6, upon arrival at his Agoura Hills, CA home, Chris Brown discovered a butt-naked woman in his bed, reports TMZ. Since Breezy didn’t know the uninvited stranger, he called the police who arrived and escorted her away from the premises.

Law enforcement sources told the gossip site that last night when Brown arrived at his home alongside his security team they made a startling discovery. Items of the woman’s clothing were strewn throughout the foyer and “I LOVE YOU” was spray painted on the kitchen counter. It was later determined that she also spray painted “MRS. BROWN” on both his silver Rolls-Royce and his black Range Rover.

Upon the investigation by Chris’ security team, they found the stripped-down stalker in his bed. Brown then called the cops who arrived, cuffed the female, and took her to the station where she was hit with felony burglary and felony vandalism charges.

Chris Brown Named Suspect

The R&B singer was identified as the man who allegedly assaulted another adult male during a basketball game at Palms Casino Resort, according to the Las Vegas police. The man was treated for non-life threatening injuries, which were sustained after a verbal spat lead to a physical fight.

“Mr. Brown has been given the option of signing a citation for misdemeanor battery, or having the case submitted to the Clark County District Attorney’s Office for prosecution,” the press release reads. “As of this release, the LVMPD has not heard from Mr. Brown or his attorney indicating whether or not he would sign the citation.”

Chris Brown has been named a suspect in a basketball-related battery incident that went down during the early hours of Monday, May 4, according to Las Vegas police. After spending years on probation for the 2009 assault of his then-girlfriend Rihanna, Brown was officially taken off probation in March of 2015.

Chris Brown Sued By Manager

Mike Guirguis, known professionally as Mike G, claims the R&B singer trapped him in a room and punched him four times in the face and neck last month. The manager’s lawyers say the attack, which they contend was unprovoked, left him in the hospital with bruising, swelling and severe headaches.

Guirguis, who was hired as Brown’s personal manager in 2012, claims he helped restore the singer’s public image following his 2009 assault of pop star Rihanna and aided him in overcoming debt and drug issues. Just as Brown’s career finally was on a steady upward trajectory, Brown viciously attacked Mike G — the man who stood by his side without judgement.

The manager’s legal team also claims the incident, which took place a few days before Brown departed for his European tour, was “drug-fueled.” Several hours after the attack, Brown posted an Instagram video that showed him laughing with the caption, “them days when you looking for some f–ks to give.”

The lawsuit accuses Brown of assault, battery, false imprisonment and intentional infliction of emotional stress, among several other offenses, in the complaint. “The assault was unprovoked and, regrettably, just another attack in Brown’s long history of violent and abusive behavior.”
