#MusicVideo OMB Bloodbath - Don't Do It

 


Houston rapper OMB Bloodbath has delivered another hard-hitting single with “Don’t Do It,” alongside a video that pays tribute to the late George Floyd.


Directed by Jon Primo and Edgar Esteves, the video is the slickest to come from Bloodbath yet. Riding through Houston in the back of a truck, Bloodbath flaunts her confidence in the clip while also honoring her former mentor.

Trick Daddy Talks Jay-Z and Beyoncé

 


Trick Daddy reportedly made an appearance on a panel, where he and others on the panel discussed Jay-Z and Beyoncé. The couple is widely known as an impressive duo of artists with a wide array of accomplishments in music and business, but not everyone feels that way, including Trick Daddy. In a clip that surfaced from the panel, Trick can be heard speaking on Beyoncé in reference to another artist. The rapper said, “Beyoncé f**k with her because she see money. "Beyoncé ain't trying to give back to music or nothin'."

The latest rapper to sign to the label is Mississippi’s BigWalkDog who Gucci Mane introduced.

Dame Dash Responds to Roc-A-Fella Lawsuit

 


Damon Dash was sued by Roc-A-Fella Records after they claimed that Dash tried to sell Jay-Z’s debut album ‘Reasonable Doubt” as an NFT. An auction for the token form of the album was supposed to take place but was promptly canceled. Now, Dash has responded to the reports after being hit with the lawsuit.

More than 25 years ago, Jay-Z, Dame Dash, and Kareem “Biggs” Burke came together to form Roc-A-Fella Records. The label would eventually become the home of Jay-Z’s first album, Reasonable Doubt, which was released in 1995. The project is heralded as a hip-hop classic and one of the best efforts in Jay’s discography. Fast-forward to the present and Reasonable Doubt is now at the center of a lawsuit between Roc-A-Fella records and Dash.

Even Gene Simmons Can't Believe How Big KISS's Success Is

 


Music fans have long been charmed by Kiss's ferocious rise in the '70s from a rat-infested rehearsal space to worldwide acclaim, but Simmons tells Q104.3 New York's Jim Kerr and Shelli Sonstein that the view from the proverbial Kiss rocket ship is "even crazier."


The Rock and Roll Hall of Famer says he struggled for years to articulate what it means for Kiss to be so successful for so long. He offered an analogy to explain his perspective.
