Diddy is facing another lawsuit, one of the last cases brought under New York's Adult Survivors Act, according to Rolling Stone. Filed in Manhattan Supreme Court on Thursday, the lawsuit accuses Diddy of sexually assaulting a woman, a former student at Syracuse University, in 1991 by drugging her during a date and filming the alleged incident.
The lawsuit details that after dining with Diddy at a Harlem restaurant, the woman, in a compromised physical state, was unable to stand or walk. They then went to a music studio where she remained in the car, and Diddy later took her to a location where he allegedly sexually assaulted her.
The legal filing also claims that Combs showed the video he recorded to other men, with a friend of the accuser stating they saw the film "days later" with other men. The accuser is asserting that they are a victim of revenge porn.
This new lawsuit follows Cassie settling her case just one day after initiating a federal lawsuit in New York.
