The “All I Want for Christmas” singer looks like she snagged this Southern spread just in time for the holidays. The off-market transaction from last November showed the massive mansion sold for $5.65 million.
Nicki Minaj has been known to live in a Beverly Hills mansion that sits on the former site of Frank Sinatra's home. Nicki's house has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. As you would expect, the property also boasts its own outdoor swimming pool and more.
Restored by its current owners after taking it over from Frank Sinatra in the late 1960's the house retains its 1950's furniture and style.
