The news surfaced via Adam Schefter, who went on to say Brady is waiting for the right time to tell the world the information himself so that his revelation doesn’t overshadow the upcoming Super Bowl. Following a Divisional Round playoff loss to the Los Angeles Rams, Brady spoke about his future, saying, “It's been six straight months of football. Every day consumed by day in and day out football. And I think now it's just some time to spend some time with my family and spend some time with my kids.”
