Jaz-O talks about the formation of Roc-A-Fella Records and working with Jay-Z and Clark Kent in a new group called Hard Pack. He shares his memories regarding Jay-Z's slow rise in popularity during the mid 90's and why he chose not to sign his close friend to a management deal of any kind.
Lastly, the New York native talks about slowly transitioning from working as a recording artist to functioning primarily as a music producer, during which time the demo that made with The Lox eventually got them signed to Bad Boy.
