After debuting a full bed setup designed specifically for gaming enthusiasts that’s surrounded by a series of desks, tables, and storage units, Japanese gaming furniture maker Bauhutte has now followed through with its very own gaming mattress.
While the concept of a mattress being designed for video gaming might seem somewhat questionable, Bauhutte has taken a deep dive into its new endeavor to create a quality product by teaming up with Nishikawa, a Japanese mattress manufacturer that has been around for 455 years. Horizontal slits run down the entirety of the mattress to provide varying degrees of support depending on how you’re positioned, and it can also be easily rolled up for storage. At launch, there’ll be three sizes available: a single, semi-double and a double, with prices ranging from roughly $256 USD to $391 USD.
