Rihanna And Jack Dorsey Donated 4,000 iPads

Rihanna took to Instagram to share that she alongside Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey donated 4,000 iPads to students in the singer's home country of Barbados.

The Fenty Beauty CEO and the Twitter co-founder worked together on previous charitable endeavors, including donating $4.2 million to Los Angeles domestic violence shelters in April.

Rihanna, who usually stays mum when it comes to her charitable contributions, admitted to her pride of working alongside Prime Minister Mottley for her latest endeavor.

"I don’t usually do this, but I’m such a fan of my Prime Minister @mamottley ! What an honor to be an ambassador of my country through your leadership! Thank you for taking the time to say these kind words!" wrote Rihanna. "Huge thank you to my brother @gallest for spearheading this project and to Jack Dorsey’s #StartSmall foundation for always supporting the @ClaraLionelFdn ! πŸ’›✊πŸΏπŸ‡§πŸ‡§"

Back in April, Rihanna paired up again with Dorsey as well as Jay Z to donate $6.2 million towards coronavirus relief in highly vulnerable cities such as New York, New Orleans, and Puerto Rico. The singer also paused sales on all three of her business ventures—Fenty Beauty, Savage x Fenty and her Fenty clothing line—on Blackout Tuesday in support of the Black Lives Matter movement.
