When it comes to reigning pop divas, no-one wears the crown like Mariah Carey. The singer has developed a reputation for living luxuriously, and we can’t say we blame her. After such a successful career, she’s earned the right to a lavish lifestyle.
With record sales of around 200 million, there are only a few people in the world who have shifted as many albums as Mariah. No-one could have anticipated that she’d become quite so successful when she made her debut in the ‘90s.

Five of her records have sold more than 10 million copies worldwide, with her 1993 effort Music Box one of the best-selling albums in history. Carey achieved a similar feat with her 1994 single All I Want For Christmas Is You.
Considering the success that Mariah has had throughout her career, we wouldn’t be surprised if she was worth over $500 million. Of course, there’s no way that the singer still has quite so much in her bank account. Not given her penchant for living a life of luxury.
