Although this new series is keeping the conversation open, I don't know if this series will help R. Kelly or bring him down more. This new "Surviving R. Kelly" series seems to come with a twist to it.
Haven't they already done enough to punish R. Kelly and his musical career? He has loss almost everything including royalties and now Lifetime wants to come with more stories that may or may not be true.

The original six-hour docuseries scored more than 26 million viewers and renewed interest in allegations of sexual misconduct by the singer. In it several of Kelly's alleged victims and their families shared their stories.
Lifetime has premiered a trailer for its sequel documentary series Surviving R. Kelly Part II: The Reckoning: The follow-up to the much-watched, Emmy-nominated Surviving R. Kelly series debuts January 2 and will air on three consecutive nights.

The new series makes it seems as some of the female accusers were also helping R. Kelly in what was suppose to be going on. It's interesting because another notable person is featured in the new trailer -- Kelly accuser, Lisa Van Allen. However, she also told us herself she has nothing to do with 'Surviving Part II' because she's not pleased with how Lifetime has been handling the subject matter.
