Tekashi's lawyer sent a letter to the court asking for things to moved up in his case so he can hear his fate. "The parties respectfully write to request that a pre-sentence investigation report be ordered and that a sentencing date be scheduled for Mr. Hernandez," the filing states.

The 'Gummo' rapper is facing a minimum 47 years in federal prison, but as we reported, that amount can be drastically reduced if he helps prosecutors put away all of his Trey Nine Blood gang member cohorts.

According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, the rainbow rapper is asked the judge in his criminal case to expedite his sentencing so he can start his prison sentence.
