Who Discovered the Most Rappers

There is a debate going on over at VLadTV about "Who Discovered the Most Rappers." Soulja Boy recently claimed that he has "put on" more rappers than anybody else, including artists like Tyga, Famous Dex, Riff Raff and countless others.
