It's time that us as black people change our ways of living. Change implies making either an essential difference often amounting to a loss of original identity or a substitution of one thing for another. Change bring the cause to be different.
The process of causing a function, practice, or thing to become different somehow compared to what it is at present or what it was in the past. Companies can undergo changes in a specific division, such as a marketing division, or as a whole.
When most African Americans open their own business, they like to attract the wrong crowd many times thinking that that's the way out. What's wrong with taking a new route and attracting all crowds to help boost more sales. You need to be able to make quick changes to your plan any time that the situation dictates you need them.
We were going through many changes and they were all for the better and would help us grow as people in the future. Develop gradually, especially from a simple to a more complex form. The definition of evolve is to develop gradually or set free. An example of evolve is bettering your yoga skills by doing more yoga.
