The actor was seriously injured in a 2014 car accident when a Walmart truck struck his limousine while he was on his way home from a comedy show. The accident killed his friend and fellow comedian James "Jimmy Mack" McNair, and injured four others.
Walmart took full responsibility for the accident. In addition to issuing a personal apology to Morgan, the mega store settled a civil lawsuit to which he reportedly received $90 million. Now moving forward with his life as he continues to heal emotionally and physically, Morgan just purchased a new mansion for $13.9 million in Alpine, New Jersey.
