Rumors are that the body guard of +Kate Gosselin had quit his duties. TLC hired Steve in 2008 to protect the Gosselin kids while filming Jon & Kate Plus 8. But Kate, in all her selfish and delusional glory, has dominated Steve’s time and attention for the past six years. Kate and Steve were caught sharing a hotel room in New York City while Kate filmed Celebrity Apprentice.
Steve quit his job as Kate‘s bodyguard to focus on his his wife of 20 years, their two sons, and his job as the EVP of a security firm in Maryland. “Kate understands she was perceived as the ‘other woman,’ but she enjoyed his company,” shared a second source. “Kate and Steve no longer have any communication.” As you can imagine, Kate is torn up over Steve’s absence. I mean, how is a standoffish has-been reality TV star supposed to buy groceries in rural Pennsylvania without protection?
