Is tattoo's on a girl, hot or not? Tattoo's has gotten a little overated now and days. The girl in the photo has multiple tattoos on her chest and left arm. The big tattoo that is across her chest is a design of an anchor. It looks to have ropes hanging from the top that are holding a key. On the rope is a lock that is in the shape of a heart as well.
It is hard to understand why someone would want so many tattoo's, but on a woman, the question still remains. Is this hot or not?
