A look back at the career of +Trick Daddy with one of my favorite tracks by him of all times titled "I'm A Thug." I'm a Thug is the second track from Thugs Are Us album. I'm A Thug is a deep look into Trick Daddy's self identification from a socio-economic perspective. We get the sense that he has a deep love for his life style and career.
Thugs Are Us is the fourth studio album by rapper Trick Daddy, released March 20, 2001, on Slip-n-Slide Records. The album debuted at number 4 on the Billboard 200 with 116,000 copies sold in the first week released. The single "I'm a Thug" peaked at number 17 on the Billboard Hot 100.
