The justice system for inmates to rehabilitate themselves in Ohio needs to be revised. I never understood why the county jail system would rather have inmates sitting in cells wasting tax payers money rather than them doing physical work.
A'lot of inmates that enter the justice system have jobs, or cases are so old that you would rather role the dice if they have not been in trouble in a long time. There are many rehabilitation alternatives the system can take such as free labor, military enrollment, or letting them keep that job.
